What is Flexo-ply?

Flexo-ply is an exceptionally flexible plywood, made from 100% quality Keruing (Garden )[..Read and learn more about Keruing (Garden )] At least 3 plies of Keruing (Garden are stacked together and glued. Each ply or layer is arranged so that the direction of the grain is at right angles to the layer next to it.

How is Flexo-ply produced?

At least 3 plies of Keruing (Garden ) are stacked together and glued. Each ply or layer is arranged so that the direction of the grain is at right angles to the layer next to it.
By changing the number of plies and/or orientation of the veneers, bonding technology, as well as refinishing of the surface ply, an additional improvement and adjustment is further added to its excellent qualities for the specific application.

At least three plies of Keruing (Garden) are stacked together and glued. Each ply or layer is arranged so that the direction of the grain is at right angles to the layer next to it.

What method of glueing is used?

A.
We use hot water resistant Melamin Uria formaldehyde resin for treatment of the plies. Resin with lower content of formaldehyde can be used in the adhesive upon request.
B.
A non-transparent organic phosphorus type of adhesive is used for bonding. (Composition in accordance with US technology)

Where is Flexoply used?

Flexoply can be used anywhere where you want to save time and money without sacrifice on round forms. Flexo-ply is suitable in the production and design of furniture, interior decoration, shipbuilding, lining of columns, making of patterns, construction of exhibition stands, partition walls at home or in other structures, as well as in the packaging industry.
